Miguel started with Cummings Electrical in 2010 as an estimator and progressed through several leadership roles, including Project Manager, Operations Director of Operations, Manufacturing Director, and VP of Operations, before landing his current role as President of Integrated Manufacturing.

Miquel combines a strong track record in enhancing productivity through operational improvements, fostering cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation, and effectively adapting to industry changes and technological advancements to maintain competitive advantage.

When Miguel is not enjoying working with the Cummings family or helping to solve problems for our customers, he enjoys trips with his wife and 2 kids, working on his cars/trucks, and trying new places to eat.
