This new project win is in Uptown Dallas and was a landmark in the 1920s. Maple Terrace was designed by English architect Sir Alfred Bossom in 1925 and it was home to celebrities like Elvis Presley and Judy Garland.  

This is a mixed-use development is a renovation of an existing 7-story apartment building and new construction of 5 new structures: a new office tower, new residential tower, garage (podium), and two new restaurants. We are eager to work alongside Archer Western and Hines!
